With his background in sociology and law, Brooke has a unique perspective when it comes to navigating the various phases of development projects, from navigating the public process, to negotiating with state and federal agencies, to serving as or preparing expert witnesses for testimony. With pragmatism and careful strategic analysis, he most recently led the environmental and regulatory reviews for the development of six new wind projects in Maine, which offer more than 370 MW of clean renewable energy for New England.
